Comprehensive Eid-ul-Adha Preparations in Sanghar: DC Chairs High-Level Meeting

Sanghar (Hasnain Ashiq Sand) A high-level meeting was held under the chairmanship of Deputy Commissioner Sanghar, Sarah Javed, to review and finalize the arrangements for Eid-ul-Adha, focusing on cleanliness, security, and public safety. The meeting took place at the DC office and was attended by DSP Sanghar Long Khan Shar, chairmen of municipal and town committees, all Assistant Commissioners, Assistant Director Local Government Jamshed Qaimkhani, and other relevant officers.

During the meeting, the chairmen of various committees briefed the participants on the cleanliness plans to be implemented during Eid. DSP Long Khan Shar informed the attendees that comprehensive security arrangements have been finalized, with 1,424 personnel to be deployed across the district. He added that strict compliance with the Home Department’s directives regarding the collection of sacrificial animal hides would be ensured, and legal action would be taken against any violators.

Deputy Commissioner Sarah Javed directed all departments to complete their preparations well in advance. She emphasized the importance of ensuring timely cleaning of Eidgahs and proper disposal of animal waste. She also urged citizens to cooperate with municipal staff to maintain cleanliness in cities and towns.

Furthermore, emergency services will remain operational at all government hospitals during Eid, and doctors and paramedical staff have been instructed to remain on duty. Control rooms will be established in the offices of the Deputy Commissioner, SSP, and all Assistant Commissioners to handle any emergencies and ensure a coordinated response.
