Crackdown launched against illegal medical stores in Sanghar district
SANGHAR (Hasnain Ashiq Saand) The authorities have intensified operations against illegal medical stores across Sanghar district, with drug inspector Tahseen-ur-Rehman leading raids in various towns and taking strict action against those selling medicines without licences.
In Tando Adam, two medical stores Fair Price Medical Store, operating within the premises of the Taluka Hospital and owned by Zeeshan Qureshi, and Al-Fazal Medical Store were sealed for functioning without valid licences. Officials said the action was taken to ensure public health and safety.
Drug inspector Tahseen-ur-Rehman stated that unlicensed medical stores would not be tolerated under any circumstances, adding that indiscriminate legal action would continue against violators of the law.
