Tando Adam: 73rd Birth Anniversary of Benazir Bhutto Marked with Tribute Ceremony at Waryah House

Sanghar(Hasnain Ashiq Saand) A dignified ceremony was held at Waryah House, Tando Adam, to mark the 73rd birth anniversary of former prime minister and Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) leader Shaheed Mohtarma Benazir Bhutto.


A large number of party office-bearers, leaders and workers attended the event and paid tribute to the late PPP chairperson for her services to democracy, public rights and political empowerment.


According to details, the event was attended by PPP District Sanghar General Secretary Jahangir Junejo, Chairman Municipal Committee Tando Adam Ghulam Murtaza Junejo, City President Taj Muhammad Waryah, Taluka President Javed Shoro, Sajad Junejo, Ghulam Muhammad Memon, Chaudhry Ashraf Arain, Syed Khair Shah, Muhammad Achar Sand, Ashiq Panhwar, Akhtar Nizamani, Muhammad Sharif Thaheem, Abdul Ghani Thaheem, and Abdul Karim Mari, along with a large number of workers.


On the occasion, Quran Khwani and Fateha were also offered for the eternal peace of the departed soul.


Speaking on the occasion, the participants said that Shaheed Benazir Bhutto was a symbol of democracy, public rights and women’s representation. They said she devoted her entire political life to public service, strengthening democracy and ensuring national development.


They further said that her struggle and sacrifices for democracy would always be remembered and remain a guiding light for PPP workers.


The speakers reaffirmed that the Pakistan Peoples Party would continue its struggle for democracy, public rights and the development of the country.
