20th Death Anniversary of Custodian of Justice Shahnawaz Junejo to Be Observed Today
Sanghar (Hasnain Ashiq Saand) The 20th death anniversary of the late Shahnawaz Junejo, a respected classical feudal leader of Sindh, former state minister, and widely known as a Custodian of Justice, will be commemorated today (Monday) with reverence in his native village, Sanjar Junejo.
The event will begin in the morning with Quran recitation and prayers. Later, his sons and family members, including former MNA Roshan Junejo, Wadero Muhammad Khan Junejo, MNA Alauddin Junejo, Municipal Chairman Ghulam Murtaza Junejo, Jahangir Junejo, Alamgir Junejo, Asghar Ali Junejo, Shahjahan Junejo, Lal Jan Junejo, and others, will visit his final resting place to lay floral wreaths and offer Fateha.
Late Shahnawaz Junejo was a highly respected and multi-dimensional personality known for his wisdom and fair judgments. He played a key role in resolving tribal conflicts across Sindh and never acted against the interests of the province. Even 20 years after his passing, he lives on in the hearts of the people. His absence has created a void that is difficult to fill.
