Shaan Masood apologized to the nation after the humiliating defeat by Bangladesh

Rawalpindi (Web Desk) Pakistan Test team captain Shan Masood has expressed his disappointment over the historic defeat in the series by Bangladesh.

Bangladesh defeated the national team in both the Test matches played in Rawalpindi and whitewashed the series by 2-0. This is the second time in history that Pakistan has been defeated in a Test series on its soil.

Speaking after the match, Shan Masood said that Pakistan made a lot of mistakes in the series and Bangladesh played cricket with more discipline than us.

Talking about the future strategy and team selection, he said that you always have to learn from your mistakes, you have to give people a chance, I think we are going in the right direction.

He further said that there is a lot of disappointment over the defeat, fitness is very important for bowlers and batsmen in Test cricket.
