STEM Exhibition Held at Tando Adam Colleges to Foster Scientific Learning
Sanghar (Hasnain Ashiq Saand) Following the directives of Provincial Education Minister Syed Sardar Shah, separate STEM exhibitions were organized at Government Girls Degree College and Government New Aligarh Boys College in Tando Adam. The exhibitions featured science-based models, tableaus, speeches, and poetry prepared and presented by students.
The event was attended by Focal Person for STEM Exhibitions, District Sanghar, Professor Jamila Rani, Principal of Girls College, Professor Fatima Sindhu, and Principal of Boys College, Muhammad Mubeen Wasan, among others. Speaking to the media, participants highlighted the importance of such events in encouraging practical learning and scientific curiosity among students.
The exhibitions showcased various creative projects, with female students from Girls College presenting tableaus focused on education, religious harmony, and Sindh's rich culture. The effort was lauded as a commendable step toward enhancing students' interest in academics and promoting their involvement in science-related fields.
Prominent attendees included Dr. Professor Rabel Yad, Dr. Professor Aamna Jameel, Professor Yad Sheikh, Professor Sikandar Malokhani, Professor Syed Habibullah Shah, Professor Muhammad Achar Junejo, Liaquat Panhwar, and Professor Bilal Ahmed Ghori.
The participants emphasized the need for increased involvement of girls in scientific fields to enable them to play a significant role in national progress. Such initiatives were praised for fostering educational development and inspiring students to explore new academic horizons.
