PML-N Hosts Dignified Youm-e-Takbeer Ceremony in Tando Adam
Sanghar (Hasnain Ashiq Saand) A dignified ceremony was held at Mari House, Tando Adam, under the leadership of Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) Sindh leader Rais Anwar Khan Mari and Senior Vice President of the Youth Wing, Nawabshah Division, Muhammad Noman Arain, to commemorate Youm-e-Takbeer the day Pakistan became a nuclear power.
On the 27th anniversary of the nuclear tests conducted on May 28, 1998, a celebratory cake was cut. The leaders paid glowing tributes to former Prime Minister Mian Nawaz Sharif, Dr. Abdul Qadeer Khan, and the Pakistan Armed Forces for making the country's defense invincible.
Party workers raised passionate slogans including “Pakistan Zindabad,” “Nawaz Sharif Zindabad,” “Shehbaz Sharif Zindabad,” and “Pakistan Army Zindabad,” echoing their patriotic sentiments.
Addressing the gathering, speakers described May 28, 1998, as a golden chapter in Pakistan’s history, highlighting how then-Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif responded courageously to external aggression by authorizing nuclear tests, transforming Pakistan into a nuclear power.
Prominent attendees included PML-N Sanghar District Senior Vice President Muhammad Hussain Arain, Divisional Joint Secretary Nawabshah Ishaq Qureshi, Ladies Wing leaders Madam Hanifan Khanum, Madam Parveen Rajput (President, Ladies Wing Sanghar), Madam Naheed Channa (General Secretary), Taluka President Tariq Mehmood Arain, General Secretary Qurban Ali, Youth Wing Taluka President Asif Mughal, District Social Media Incharge Rana Abdul Sattar, and Tando Adam Social Media Incharge Suny Malik, among other party officials and workers.
The event concluded with a special prayer for the progress, prosperity, and security of Pakistan.
