Open Court Held in Tando Adam to Address Public Complaints
Sanghar(Hasnain Ashiq Saand) On the directives of Provincial Ombudsman Sindh, Syed Sohail Ahmed Rajput (Tamgha-e-Imtiaz), an open court (Khuli Kachehri) was held at Municipal Library Tando Adam by Regional Director Ombudsman Sanghar, Ghulam Shabbir Memon, to ensure prompt redressal of public grievances.
A large number of citizens attended the session and presented their complaints and applications regarding various departments, including police, municipal services, and revenue authorities.
Speaking on the occasion, Mr Memon listened to the grievances attentively and issued on-the-spot directives to the concerned officials, instructing them to ensure immediate and merit-based resolution of public complaints. He stated that the Ombudsman’s office is committed to providing free and swift justice to the public, adding that such open courts aim to deliver relief at people’s doorsteps.
He further emphasized that resolving genuine issues and ensuring timely justice remain the institution’s top priorities.
Assistant Commissioner Tando Adam, Hunain Tariq Shahani, who hosted the event, said that the local administration maintains close coordination with the public and is striving to provide maximum facilities to citizens.
Officials from various departments were also present, who recorded complaints and assured their prompt resolution.
Citizens appreciated the initiative, stating that it provided them with a direct platform to present their issues before the relevant authorities.
Among those present were Registrar Ombudsman Ghulam Murtaza Memon, Mukhtiarkar Tando Adam Imam Din Larak, Taluka Education Officer Mukhtiar Ali Umrani, SHO Muhammad Hanif Mahar, and SDO Education Works Muhammad Ramzan Saand, along with other officials.
