Tando Adam landowners accuse brothers of fraudulently selling inherited property

Sanghar(Hasnain Ashiq Saand) Two landowners from Nawabad, Ahmed Liskani and Muhammad Ayuob Liskani, have accused their brothers of committing large-scale fraud by illegally selling inherited land through fake agreements.

Addressing a press conference at the Tando Adam Press Club, Ahmed and Muhammad Ayuob alleged that their two brothers, Faiz Muhammad Liskani and Sarwar alias Sono Liskani, after selling their own inherited shares, are now fraudulently selling the shares of other family members as well. They claimed that fake agreements are being executed with various individuals to deceive buyers.

The complainants, accompanied by their brothers and nephews Sikandar Ali, Ibrahim Khan, Hassan Ali, Asad Ali, Muhammad Ramzan, Bahadur Ali and Shahid Ali, said that all brothers had received equal shares in the ancestral property during their father’s lifetime and after his death. However, they alleged that the two accused brothers went on to sell not only their own portions but also unlawfully disposed of the shares belonging to others, allegedly defrauding people of millions of rupees.

They further stated that they have severed all relations with the accused brothers since 2015 and warned that they would not be responsible for any business dealings, financial transactions or property purchases made with them. According to the complainants, after selling off their own properties, the accused have allegedly sold four acres out of a jointly owned 40-acre agricultural land through fraudulent means and are now attempting to sell their late father’s bungalow as well.

The landowners appealed to the relevant authorities to take immediate legal action against Faiz Muhammad Liskani and Sarwar alias Sono Liskani, alleging that the two have links with criminal elements. They also sought protection, citing serious threats to their lives and property.
