Congratulatory visits continue for newly elected Tando Adam Press Club office-bearers

Sanghar (Hasnain Ashiq Saand) Congratulatory visits to the Tando Adam Press Club continued as journalists and delegations from political, social and legal organisations from Nawabshah, Sanghar, Shahdadpur, Jam Nawaz Ali, Bhit Shah, Tando Allahyar and other towns called on the club to felicitate its newly elected office-bearers.

A delegation of the Tando Adam Bar Association, led by its president Advocate Abdullah Khattak, visited the press club. The delegation included Advocates Shaikh Javed, Rashid Ali Khan, Muhammad Bachal Unar, Khalid Bijoro and other lawyers. A delegation of the Sindh United Party, led by Comrade Muhammad Khan Panhwar and accompanied by Sikandar Malokhani and Fawad Jahejo, also paid a visit.

Similarly, a delegation of the Pakistan Peoples Party Cultural Wing, Sanghar district, led by senior vice-president Ghulam Muhammad Saand and accompanied by Ghulam Mustafa Saand and others, extended congratulations to the newly elected panel. Taluka Education Officer Mukhtiar Ali Umrani, a Jamaat-i-Islami delegation comprising Abdul Sattar Ansari and Mushtaq Adil, Pasban Party district president Rana Gulzar and Rana Farqan, and International Human Rights Pakistan chairman Rana Ghulam Nabi were also among those who visited the press club.

The visiting delegations expressed the hope that the newly elected leadership of the Tando Adam Press Club would play an effective role in resolving issues faced by the journalistic community and in promoting freedom of the press.
