Young man dies after being hit by unidentified vehicle

Sanghar (Hasnain Ashiq Saand) A 25-year-old man was killed after being hit by an unidentified vehicle on the Shahdadpur Road near the Bhirani Branch area late on Saturday night.

The deceased was identified as Ameer Ali Dero, a resident of the Chanhya locality and an employee of the Pakistan Post Office, Tando Adam. According to police, the accident occurred when an unidentified vehicle struck him, leaving him critically injured.

Upon receiving information, police reached the site and shifted the injured man to the Taluka Hospital, Tando Adam. Family members said Ameer Ali sustained a severe leg fracture in the accident. After providing initial treatment and applying a cast, doctors advised that he be shifted to Hyderabad for further medical care.

The family planned to take him to Hyderabad early the next morning due to the late hour; however, his condition deteriorated during the night and he succumbed to his injuries before he could be transferred.

The body was later handed over to the heirs after medico-legal formalities and was laid to rest amid scenes of grief.
