Teachers Are the Architects of a Nation’s Intellectual and Moral Foundation: Prof. Raees Ahmed Mansoori

Sanghar (Hasnain Ashiq Saand) Teachers are the true architects of a nation’s intellectual, moral, and educational foundation, said Professor Raees Ahmed Mansoori, President of Tanzeem-e-Asatiza Pakistan Sindh. He was addressing a dinner reception hosted at a private hotel in Tando Adam in honour of the provincial leadership and teachers who actively participated in the recently held Sindh Educational Conference at Rashidabad.

Prof. Mansoori said Tanzeem-e-Asatiza Pakistan has been striving across the country for the professional training of teachers, character building of students, and reformation of the education system. He emphasized that the organization’s priorities include establishing a modern system of teacher training, curricular and moral restoration, and ensuring teachers’ legitimate rights.

He urged teachers to perform their professional duties with sincerity and dedication, viewing teaching as a sacred mission and an act of worship. “Teaching is a prophetic profession,” he said, “and the destiny of nations is written by the character and commitment of their teachers.” Prof. Mansoori added that Tanzeem-e-Asatiza Pakistan continues to strengthen the foundation for a bright and morally sound educational future in the country.

Speaking on the occasion, Prof. Ahmed Bilal Ghori, President of Tanzeem-e-Asatiza District Sanghar, said the organization, established in 1969, is a nationwide network dedicated to the welfare, training, and rights of teachers.

The event was also attended by Javed Ikhlaq Qureshi, President Hyderabad District; Umer Farooq Qureshi, President Mirpurkhas District; Adnan Ilyas, President Tando Allahyar District; Mashraf Kareem, Secretary Information Sindh; and Muzaffar Ali Behlum, District General Secretary.

Prominent participants included Prof. Nazakat Sial, Prof. Ahmed Jibran Ghori, Prof. Nisar Bijoro, Prof. Mazhar, Director of Physical Education Muhammad Adeeb Alam, and Headmaster Irshad Malik. Guests were presented with the traditional Sindhi gift of Ajrak, while certificates of appreciation were awarded to teachers who took part in the Rashidabad Sindh Educational Conference.
