Black Day Observed in Sanghar to Condemn Indian Occupation of Kashmir
Sanghar (Hasnain Ashiq Saand) Like across the country, Black Day was observed in Sanghar to denounce India’s illegal occupation of Jammu and Kashmir and to express solidarity with the Kashmiri people.
A rally was organized by the district administration from the Municipal Office to the Press Club Chowk, led by SSP Sanghar Abid Ali Baloch and Assistant Commissioner Shafiq Ahmed Arisar. Officers from various departments, school students, civil society representatives, and a large number of citizens participated in the rally.
The participants chanted slogans such as “Kashmir will become Pakistan” and carried placards inscribed with messages of support for the oppressed people of Kashmir.
Speaking on the occasion, SSP Baloch and AC Arisar said that the people of Pakistan stand shoulder to shoulder with their Kashmiri brothers in their struggle for freedom. They urged the international community to take notice of human rights violations in occupied Kashmir and implement UN resolutions to end India’s illegal occupation.
Among those present were District Health Officer Dr. Daulat Jamali, Additional Director Social Welfare Muslim Farooq, Sabir Hussain Mehr, and Principal Government Boys Degree College Sanghar Prof. Kausar Abbas, along with other departmental heads. Similar rallies were also held across all tehsil headquarters of the district to mark the day of solidarity with Kashmiris
