Sanghar Premier League Season 3 Opens with Colourful Ceremony at PCB Sorhiya Badshah Stadium

SANGHAR (Hasnain Ashiq Saand) The opening ceremony of the Sanghar Premier League (SPL) Season 3 was held with great enthusiasm at the PCB Sorhiya Badshah Stadium, Sanghar. The event featured the unveiling of the SPL trophy and the distribution of official jerseys to team players.

A large number of dignitaries and sports enthusiasts attended the ceremony, including District Chairman Riaz Shah Khurasani, Municipal Chairman Rashid Islam Mughal, National Bank Manager Ali Raza Soomro, Ameer Ali Zardari, Fazal Mari, Shahjahan Khan Mari, Irshad Malik, and Shahzaman Hazara, among others.

The owners of Sanghar Premier League Atif Shah, Wasif Sulhri, Raheel Wassan, and Tahir Bahu were also present, along with players from various teams. The unveiling of the trophy received a thunderous round of applause as young cricketers expressed great excitement and passion.

Addressing the participants, District Chairman Riaz Shah Khurasani said that youth must be encouraged to engage in healthy activities. “In today’s age, youngsters spend most of their time on mobile phones. Events like this help them develop both mentally and physically while steering them away from negative influences,” he remarked.

He assured that the district administration would continue to support sports and youth development initiatives across the region.

The event concluded with team captains pledging to deliver outstanding performances and make Sanghar proud. The crowd at the stadium enthusiastically enjoyed the colourful and energetic opening ceremony.
