SAFWCO launches fourth phase of financial assistance under the GRASS project
The first installment of over Rs. 25 million has been given to 3 new small and medium-sized businesses.

Hyderabad: The fourth phase of matching grant grant for the development of small and medium enterprises has been launched under the GRASP project, which is being implemented by SAFWCO in collaboration with national and international institutions. In this new phase, three more businesses were given the first installment of Rs 266,500 out of a total assistance of Rs 50 million.
During a function held at SAFWCO Head Office, Hyderabad, the new businesses that were given this amount under the Grasp project included Fresh & Roshan Co, Rs. 42,35,500, HM Foods with Rs. 93,31,000 and Bio Energy Solutions with Rs. 85,0000. Speaking on the occasion, SAFWCO Founder and Executive Director Dr. Suleman G. Abro expressed the hope that with proper utilization of the grant, not only these businesses will grow but also create employment opportunities for other people and thus improve the country’s economy, especially the rural economy.
Addressing the ceremony, SAFWCO Deputy Executive Director Zeeshan Memon said that this assistance will improve the financial condition of small and medium enterprises and increase their business capacity, and SAFWCO will also help entrepreneurs access larger markets.
