Karachi (Staff Reporter): In North Karachi Town, Sector 5E, a stray dog attacked a young girl in Block 6, biting her and leaving marks of its teeth on other parts of her body, causing her injuries. Due to the presence of stray dogs in Sector 5E, residents are feeling fearful and anxious. According to details, the affected family and local residents immediately transferred the girl to the hospital. After this incident, residents are saying that currently there are approximately 18 to 20 stray dogs in Sector 5E, which is increasing fear among the residents living here, posing a threat to human safety. Mayor Karachi Murtaza Wahab, DC Central Fawad Ghaffar Soomro, Town Municipal Commissioner Saim Imran, and other North Karachi Town officials have appealed to take serious notice of the incident of stray dogs in Sector 5E and ensure the safety of human lives. If this is not done in time, the stray dogs will increase and more attacks on children will occur, causing them harm. For this purpose, the campaign to catch stray dogs should be initiated before Eid-ul-Fiter so that this issue can be resolved promptly.
