Grand Milad-un-Nabi ﷺ gathering held under Central Committee
Sanghar (Hasnain Ashiq Saand) A grand Milad-un-Nabi ﷺ gathering was organized under the banner of the Central Eid Milad Committee, hosted by Dr. Sadiq Ali Baloch, to commemorate the birth anniversary of the Holy Prophet Muhammad ﷺ. The event drew a massive crowd of citizens, filling the venue with a spiritual atmosphere.
Prominent religious scholar and founder-chairman of Darood-o-Salaam Foundation, Hafiz Hamid Raza Mehrawi, and internationally acclaimed naat reciter Muhammad Zohaib Ali Ashrafi, along with other renowned scholars and reciters, graced the occasion. Strict security arrangements were also put in place to ensure smooth proceedings.
Speaking to journalists, Hafiz Hamid Raza Mehrawi emphasized that today’s youth must rise above the chaos of worldly distractions and return towards religion, as true success lies in the teachings of Islam. He remarked that “the greatest mischief of our time is behind bars, a person ignorant of religion but misleading others.”
He added that the blessed birth of Prophet Muhammad ﷺ illuminated the earth and heavens, dispelled the darkness of disbelief, and spread the light of Islam across the world. “Our beloved Prophet ﷺ endured immense hardships for the glory of Islam, even migrating from his own home and city. Following his Sunnah is the only way for our survival and prosperity. The downfall of Muslims today is a direct result of abandoning Islam and ignoring the Prophet’s message,” he said.
The gathering concluded with recitation of Darood-o-Salaam upon the Prophet ﷺ, special prayers for the well-being and prosperity of the Muslim Ummah.
Prominent attendees included Dr. Bashir Ahmed Khaskheli, Ashiq Hussain Saand, Riaz Hussain Sanjrani, Khalid Hussain Khaskheli, Nanak Ram Sejwani, Imdad Ali Baloch, Pir Muhammad Ali Qadri, Amjad Saand, and Hakim Ali Baloch, among many others.
