Arrangements finalised for Eid Milad-un-Nabi ﷺ in Tando Adam

Sanghar (Hasnain Ashiq Saand) Assistant Commissioner Tando Adam, Hunain Tariq Shahani, chaired a meeting to finalise arrangements for Eid Milad-un-Nabi ﷺ celebrations to be held on 12th Rabi-ul-Awwal.

The meeting reviewed the central procession’s routes, security plan, traffic management, and civic facilities. It was attended by DSP Abdul Sattar Gurgej, President Central Milad Committee and Vice Chairman Municipal Committee Malik Zulfiqar, Hafiz Sher Ali Chishti, Imtiaz Ansari, Syed Saqib Shah of HESCO, Dr Aftab Ali of Taluka Hospital, officers of traffic police, and representatives of health and other departments.

AC Shahani said the occasion symbolises deep religious and spiritual devotion, and the administration would ensure cleanliness, street lighting, drinking water, medical camps, rescue teams, and smooth traffic flow along the procession routes. DSP Gurgej informed that police would be deployed at key points, while traffic police would introduce alternative routes.

Malik Zulfiqar said the celebrations would be observed with great zeal, with sabeels, langar, and Naat gatherings along the procession. Religious scholars emphasised unity, peace, and brotherhood as the core message of Eid Milad-un-Nabi ﷺ.

It was also decided that HESCO would provide uninterrupted electricity, while Taluka Hospital and rescue teams would remain on alert for emergencies.
