According to Indian media, recently Katrina Kaif's nutritionist Shweta Shah and yoga trainer Shloka gave an interview and told about Katrina Kaif's dieting.

They said that Katrina prefers home-cooked food and avoids eating out, so much so that she eats home-cooked food even on shoots.

Apart from this, she must walk 100 steps in the afternoon and after dinner to stay fit.

Katrina Kaif's diet plan includes pumpkin and pomegranate juice, while the actress also consumes black raisins and watermelon.
