Widow Shot Dead by Brother-in-Law in Tando Adam, Suspect Flees the Scene
Sanghar (Hasnain Ashiq Saand) A tragic incident unfolded in the Mohammadi Colony area of Tando Adam, where a man allegedly shot and killed his widowed sister-in-law before fleeing the scene.
According to reports, the accused, Kamran Rajput, opened fire on 40-year-old Samina, the widow of Kabir Rajput, killing her on the spot. Upon receiving information, City Police arrived at the crime scene and shifted the body to Taluka Hospital Tando Adam for post-mortem examination. The body was later handed over to the victim’s family.
Sources say the victim’s husband, Kabir Ali, who was a date trader in Khairpur, was murdered a year ago. Since then, Samina had been living with her relatives in Hyderabad. She had recently visited her brother-in-law’s house in Tando Adam, where the fatal incident occurred.
The deceased leaves behind one son and three daughters. As of the filing of this report, no FIR had been registered. The victim’s body was taken to Hyderabad by her brother, Anees.
Police have launched an investigation and are searching for the absconding suspect.
