District Allotment Committee Meeting Held in Sanghar Under Deputy Commissioner

Sanghar (Hasnain Ashiq Saand) A meeting of the District Allotment Committee Sanghar was held under the chairmanship of Deputy Commissioner and Chairperson of the Allotment Committee, Sarah Javed, at her office.

The meeting was attended by members of the taluka-wise committee formed under the Goth Abad Housing Scheme Act 1987 and Rule No. 4 of the Sindh Goth Abad Housing Scheme Rules 2008. Participants included all Assistant Commissioners, Mukhtiarkars, Goth Abad Mukhtiarkars, and two respected individuals from each taluka as committee members.

During the meeting, the Deputy Commissioner reviewed progress on the ongoing Sindh People's Housing Scheme for Flood-Affected 2022, a project initiated by the Government of Sindh. Goth Abad Mukhtiarkar Mansoor Ali briefed the committee, informing that in the first phase, 372 houses have been completed in Taluka Khipro, 730 in Tando Adam, 85 in Jam Nawaz Ali, and 97 in Shahdadpur.

It was further informed that ownership certificates for these completed houses will be issued to the beneficiaries, while the remaining houses under construction will be certified in phases upon completion.
