Hazara Wal Community Has Gained Its Distinct Identity: Laila Swati

Many capable sons and daughters of Hazara have already asserted their identity, and the new generation of the community proudly calls themselves Hazara Wal.

Nature has blessed Hazara with beautiful landscapes as well as abundant natural resources, and in every field, Hazara Wal are at the forefront.
In return for our resources, the people of Hazara should be provided with quality life, employment, education, and healthcare facilities.

Karachi (Reporter) – Founder of Hazara Culture D and Chairperson of Hazara Movement Pakistan, Laila Swati, congratulated the Hazara Wal community living in Pakistan and abroad, saying that the journey of Hazara Wal community’s recognition, which began during college life, has now achieved its goal, and the Hazara Wal community has gained its distinct identity. Many capable sons and daughters of Hazara have already asserted their identity, and the new generation proudly calls themselves Hazara Wal.

Laila Swati stated that Hazara has been endowed by nature with beautiful scenery and abundant natural resources, from which the whole of Pakistan benefits. In every field, Hazara Wal are leading. If the government focuses on Hazara, the region could even become an international standard tourist destination.

On this occasion, a request was made to President Asif Ali Zardari and Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif on behalf of the Hazara Wal community to ensure that the people of Hazara are granted their rights, and that in return for their resources, they are provided with quality life, employment, education, and healthcare facilities, which the Hazara people have been deprived of until now. The royalties of Tarbela Dam also belong solely to the Hazara people, and no share has been given to Hazara in terms of minerals or precious timber.

The time has now come to ensure justice for the people of Hazara. I appeal to Army Chief Asim Munir to stop the oppression and injustices against the Hazara Wal community, otherwise, the Hazara Wal have already awakened.
