Pakistan Shot Down 4, Not 3, Rafale Jets — The World Recognizes Our Truth: Ishaq Dar

Islamabad (Web Desk): Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar has claimed that during the recent military escalation, Pakistan downed not three but four Indian Rafale fighter jets, bringing the total number of destroyed Indian warplanes to six.

Speaking at a press conference in Islamabad, Dar referred to past remarks by Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi, who had once said that if India had Rafale jets during the Pulwama incident, the outcome would have been very different. “Now they had Rafales, and we shot down four of them — this has been verified,” Dar stated.

He further said that the latest conflict has shattered the perception of India’s conventional and nuclear military superiority. “Time has proven that our narrative was true, while India's claims have turned out to be false,” he added.

Dar emphasized that Pakistan's diplomatic success is being acknowledged globally. “India's dream of regional dominance was buried on May 10, following Pakistan’s decisive military response to Indian aggression.”

According to him, Pakistan's diplomatic missions have received overwhelming international support, while internal discord and blame games are now unfolding within Indian institutions due to their failure.

He also noted that everything Pakistan revealed from April 23 to May 10 has now been validated on the global stage. “Our stance is being appreciated, and the swift and effective response of our armed forces has earned international praise.”

Dar concluded by saying that India’s effort to normalize hostility against Pakistan has failed, and its ambition of regional supremacy is now a thing of the past. “Pakistan’s diplomatic victories are the result of coordinated national effort,” he said.
