Veteran PPP Worker Appeals for Help Amid Dire Circumstances
Sanghar (Hasnain Ashiq Saand) A senior and loyal worker of the Pakistan People's Party (PPP), Muhammad Saleh Behan, has made an emotional appeal for assistance after revealing that he and his family are struggling to survive due to extreme poverty and unemployment.
Speaking at a press conference held at the Tando Adam Press Club, Saleh Behan stated that he dedicated his entire life to serving the PPP with sincerity and without expecting personal gain. “I have stood by the party through every difficult time, participated in rallies, protests, and election campaigns, and worked tirelessly to raise the party’s profile—even putting up banners myself,” he said.
He further disclosed that his house was completely destroyed during the recent heavy rains, and his children are currently unemployed. Despite submitting multiple applications to local authorities and party officials, he claims no support or assistance has been provided.
“I remained loyal to the PPP out of ideological commitment, not for personal benefit,” he said. “But now, due to these unavoidable hardships, I am forced to appeal through the media to the party leadership, district administration, and relevant authorities to take notice of my situation.”
Saleh Behan urged the authorities to help rebuild his home, provide financial support, and assist in securing employment for his children so that his family can live with dignity once again.
