According to the police, the woman named Kavita was married to Vinni Kumar in 2017 and she went missing on May 5, 2021.

The police said that after the sudden disappearance of her daughter, Kavita's relatives accused Saharan of murder, after which a case was filed against Kavita's husband, sister-in-law, mother-in-law and aunt.

According to the police, despite extensive search, Kavita could not be traced and after a year, Kavita's husband filed a case of kidnapping against her family, after which the court ordered to know the truth of the incident and search for Kavita.

According to the police, the search for Kavita was started on the order of the court and during this activity of the Facebook account with a fake name and identity was noted, after which the police conducted a search operation and found Kavita.

According to the police, Kavita was caught along with her boyfriend in Diliganj area of ​​Lucknow. During interrogation, Kavita also confessed to living with her boyfriend Gupta.
