India: Hidden camera recovered from girls' hostel washroom, video selling revealed

New Delhi (Web Desk) In the washroom of the girls' hostel in the Indian state of Andhra Pradesh, it has been revealed that videos made with a hidden camera are being sold among the students.

According to the Indian media, this tragic incident took place in SR Gudlawalero engineering college in Krishna district of Andhra Pradesh.

Last week, the students protested after the recovery of a hidden camera from the washroom of the hostel of the Girls Engineering College, after which the police started an investigation, during which Vijay Kumar, a senior student of the boys' hostel, was arrested.

Indian police started investigation by confiscating student Vijay Kumar's laptop.

The police recovered 300 objectionable videos recorded from the hostel washroom on Vijay's laptop, which was revealed to be sold to other students.
