The PTI founder Imran khan got a big relief

Islamabad (Web Desk) National Accountability Bureau (NAB) has withdrawn the new Tosha Khana case filed against PTI founder and former Prime Minister Imran Khan from the accountability court.

A hearing was held on the bail application against the PTI founder in the new Tosha Khana reference. PTI founder's lawyer Salman Safdar said that after the restoration of the NAB amendments, a new Tosha Khana case cannot be established. It doesn't.

Accountability Court Judge Mohammad Ali Varaich adjourned the hearing until three o'clock and after that he announced the decision to transfer the new Tosha Khana to the Reference Special Cook Central.

The Accountability Court ordered that bail requests in the new Tosha Khana case will be heard by the relevant court. The new Tosha Khana case will be heard by the relevant court on September 10.

It should be noted that a few days ago, Imran Khan sought concession from the accountability court in reference to 190 million pounds by relying on the decision of the Supreme Court on the NAB amendments and filed a petition for his acquittal.
