According to foreign media, the British government has started taking emergency measures to reduce the number of prisoners. Due to the lack of space in prisons, the prisoners awaiting trial will be kept in police cells.

"Operation Early Dawn" has been launched to address overcrowding in prisons, with authorities saying the emergency measures will help reduce the burden on prisons.
